  I had bought a video game for someone as a Christmas gift this year. I don't play Xbox or really know anything about it,so when I purchased the game(that I specifically asked someone at the counter for) for the Xbox one,I had no idea it was a downloadable card and is not returnable or refundable. No one told me it was even a downloadable card and not an actual game. They just wanted to make the sale and didn't care about their customers. When we went to exchange it,we were told we cannot and we were told that when purchasing. They were rude and argumentative! Horrible experience,I will not be doing any of our family gaming needs there anymore!

  Staff is knowledgeable about products and very helpful in helping my son determine which games to purchase. He usually asks for guidance. Store is well organized and sales are always in progress.
