  I’ve shopped here for years for all my kids’ clothes and shoes but WON’T be returning! I went school clothes shopping with my kids this year and when we go to pay, an older white hair lady had to come “assist” in my transaction. She was very rude and unpleasant! When someone is planning to spend $600+ in your store, you usually help things along...but not her! She followed me around and it took me OVER an hour to check out because of her misinformation and holding things up!!! And this was after a couple of hours of school clothes shopping already. SMH. I left feeling incredibly disrespected and my kids couldn’t understand her AWFUL attitude towards us either! Jcpenny’s I hope you know this “manager” is costing you a ton of money!
