  While our overall visit left us with a negative star experience, Lowes cashier Linda went above and beyond in trying to get us help from management. We arrived and found the shop light we needed with no problem, and no need for help. Trying to find and then get assistance with the larger, expensive power tools was painful! Checking your cameras around 5:15pm on Sunday, March 11th, will verify this next bit. We were trying to find your router and table area and it SHOULD have been obvious to at least two of your younger staff, Kimberly and Elizabeth, that we were both lost and needing assistance. However, they seemed too busy with what sounded like their boyfriends (their conversion was definaterly NOT work related) to even recognize customers were in your store. When my husband finally went around the end cap and stood in front of Elizabeth waiting to ask her for assistance, as she was walking towards lumber and she almost walked into him as she was so intent on her cell phone, she finally acknowledged and asked what she could help with. Oddly she then turned to one of the fellas with her and asked what seemed to be her boyfriend where it might be....While they all were discussing it, my husband finally located the tool and she and her pack just walked off without even asking if they could help in any other way! They even walked past me where I was shaking my head in disbelief and had rested it on the top of the light box in despair. As she was obviously more concerned with socializing, I went and leaned over the wall between tools and self check out and asked Linda if she could call for assistance for us.... And this is where she gets HUGE gold stars. She got the manager on the phone who said he would be right there, and then we all waited.......needless to say since im writing this, he never showed. She tried calling again, asked a co-worker for another number to try, tried a couple other avenues.... And we finally just put the light back and walked out. Sadly this is NOT the first time we've experienced such indifference from the staff at THIS Lowes. I've asked my husband repeatedly not to shop at Lowes before, this time has finally convinced him. And these big box stores wonder why Amazon is taking their business. We should have what we need via Amazon on Tuesday.... And they've now got almost $400 of our cash...good job Lowe's
