  I have tried ordering from Staples on several occasions, both by myself and with the assistance of customer service. I have yet to receive a single item. They cancel my order, I call and supposedly get everything cleared up, answer all of their questions....yet I get nothing. I have been assured by customer service that there was a glitch, but it has been fixed and I shall receive my items shortly....nope. So far three of my orders have been canceled and one is in endless processing. I have given up hope that I will ever receive anything. I am taking my business elsewhere.

  Pretty helpful staff. Reminded me of core for ink carts. Often will at least have something you can work with, if they don't have the item. Printing crew knows what they are doing, overall. They aren't printers, desktop publishers, but do a fair job of things. They listen to you, so that helps. Ship to store generally sucks, especially paper. Often torn, bent or crushed.
