  Customer service at this place is a joke. Leaving voicemail after voicemail to try to get an apointment for them to fix the stereo they installed with no call-back, to finally having to call once an hour to meet the deadline on the return policy to finally get a rude employee then owner on the phone. This place doesnt understand the meaning of customer service or for that matter have the knowledge to put in a stereo system correctly. I have been back a couple times to finally just give up on them "fixing the problem" and ask for it all to be taken out and refunded. Umm come to find out they dont do that. UGHHH highly suggest to never go to this place unless you want a one-month hassle with over priced equipment & horrible service! Wish I could give out negative stars!!!!
